    • “Services” refer to the cybersecurity solutions offered by Cloudheal, including but not limited to network security, data encryption, identity and access management, security monitoring, backup and recovery, and security configuration.
    • “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or organization accessing our website or engaging our services.

While we employ advanced security techniques and methodologies, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Cloudheal is not liable for damages arising from cyberattacks, breaches, or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

    Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. On reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from On at any time without notice.

  1. Payment Terms
    • All fees for services are payable as per the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the Client.
    • Payments must be made in full and within the time frame specified in the invoice.
    • Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
    • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
  2. All intellectual property, including but not limited to website content, software tools, designs, reports, and documentation developed or provided by Cloudheal, shall remain the sole property of Cloudheal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Clients may use deliverables provided by Cloudheal solely for internal business purposes and shall not reproduce, distribute, or disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.

  1. Confidentiality
  2. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of the agreement.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy
  2. Cloudheal adheres to applicable Indian data protection laws. Any personal or sensitive data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudheal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our Services.

    Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

  2. All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Cloudheal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloudheal, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
